VISION

When envisioning Elysium, our goal was to embrace the city that provides the development’s context –with all its vibrancies and relentless energy – while simultaneously creating a sanctuary away from it. The pace of modern metropolitan life, with its unmanageable scale and almost limitless complexity, has only heightened the need for one’s home to be a place of tranquility, an escape from the sensory overload of the city, its relentless traffic, lights, advertisements, noise, and excesses.

Our vision for this building was to go against the grain of standard local development practices - instead of maximizing apartments per floor and designing the living spaces purely around saleable efficiency and commercial viability, all design principles were guided by a desire to produce quality over quantity, with a laser focus on spacious layouts, meticulous craftmanship and a feeling of tranquility and intimacy. These were difficult and long-term decisions that are centered around enhancing the quality of the habitable spaces while sacrificing potential revenue, but we believe these are the types of decisions that have to be made to foster trust with our clients.

THE BUILDING

Designed by the award-winning architectural firm Habib Fida Ali, Elysium's design philosophy is unmistakably modern and minimalist, a fusion of styles that aligns perfectly with our vision of Elysium - a vision of city and sanctuary.

  • Dedicated entrance and private drop-off for building residents, situated within the building premises with valet, security and concierge services.

  • Multiple assigned parking spots for every residence.

  • Two high-speed elevators for resident use. Dedicated service elevator for cargo and service staff.

  • Spacious residential lobby with waiting area for guests.
